Environmental Impact Assessment Notice

• The company does not employ children under the age of fifteen.
• The company never places workers in dangerous, unsafe, or unhealthy conditions, both inside and outside the workplace.
• The company does not have forced labor and does not require employees to pay a “deposit” or deposit identity documents at the start of employment.
• The company does not discriminate on the basis of race, caste, nationality, religion, physical disability, gender, sexual orientation, political affiliation or age.
• Coercive, abusive or exploitative sexual harassment, including gestures, language and physical contact, is not tolerated at the company.
• The company’s working hours stipulate that the normal weekly working hours shall not exceed 48 hours, and the weekly overtime shall not exceed 12 hours.
• The company guarantees the minimum wage within a standard working week, and meets the basic needs of employees, as well as providing some discretionary income.

Consumer Protection

• It has been tested by SGS as non-toxic according to ROHS EU standard, non-toxic by the plastic center test, and the plastic products are flame-resistant and qualified.

• Reduction of volatile organic compounds and stone dust
The heating, stirring and molding process of the artificial stone manufacturing process will produce a small amount of volatile organic compounds, and the cutting process will produce stone dust (non-toxic), using air pollution prevention equipment; reducing 95% of volatile organic compounds from the working environment, 85% Stone dust, in line with the emission standards of air pollution control regulations and the safety standards of labor workplaces.

• Recycling and reuse of stone waste
The cutting process of artificial stone production and manufacturing process will produce stone waste and stone dust, which can be used as recycled materials, planned to be recycled and reused in concrete cement product additives, and is also an environmentally friendly green material; in line with waste disposal regulations and resource recycling regulations.

• Toxic chemicals
The raw materials and products used in the artificial stone manufacturing process do not use toxic chemical substances regulated by environmental protection regulations, and there are no safety concerns in the manufacturing process and product use.

• Labor work environment
According to “Building Regulations", “Fire Regulations", “Labor Operation Environment Safety and Hygiene Regulations" and “Environmental Protection Regulations", the planning and management of labor operation environment safety and hygiene are carried out.
